Our full-cycle recruitment service starts at 15% of the candidate’s estimated annual salary, with a minimum 20% down payment to cover setup costs. This fee includes all stages of the recruitment process, from sourcing to interviews and final selection. We offer discounts for multiple positions.

We have a flexible cancellation policy in which we only retain the setup fee if your needs change during the process. If you need to adjust the scope of work, we can discuss a nominal fee with you in advance.

We require a setup fee at the beginning of each project and a success fee after you've hired a candidate. Payment can be made by bank transfer or card through Stripe, one of the world's safest payment processors.
