Hyperjob combines eye-catching job microsites with a sourcing extension and CRM

Hyperjob has always prioritized creating the best possible candidate experiences while allowing recruiters and TA specialists to focus on the human aspects of hiring. The time has come for us to take the next step in this direction together.

That’s why, alongside job microsites and job post analytics suite, we’re introducing a talent sourcing tool to quickly and precisely find suitable candidates as well as a candidate relationship management system (CRM) to organize recruitment projects and collaborate seamlessly within hiring teams.

Introducing Projects in Hyperjob

To help organize the recruitment process, we’ve created Projects. With Projects, you can keep track of your recruitment projects as well as collaborate with colleagues and the hiring team.

Now, each recruitment process in Hyperjob starts with creating a new Project. It’s dead simple: all you have to do is press the New Project button in the upper right corner and fill out a few project details like the name and the main recruiter. Don’t worry, you’ll be able to change these details later on as well.

At this stage, you can already include the hiring manager in the process to keep them in the loop. In this step, to save time, you can also already create a job page draft using a pre-made template.

Adding Highly-Converting Job Microsites (Job Pages)

Before we dive into project organization, the next step in launching a project is actually creating or finalizing the associated job page.

Job pages are visual, interactive, highly-converting microsites for each position designed with outbound candidates in mind. They provide all the information about the role and let candidates understand the job at a quick glance. What’s more, they can increase candidate response rates by three times and more.

To create the job page, switch to the job page tab in the project menu. Then, use a template or start from scratch and fill out the necessary information.

Sourcing Candidates for the Project

Now that you’ve created a beautiful job page, let’s find suitable candidates to show it off to. Adding prospects to your recruitment projects is a straightforward process. First, download the Hyperjob Chrome extension (also works on Microsoft Edge and other Chromium-based web browsers) from the Chrome Web Store.

Then, just use LinkedIn as you normally would to search for talent and let the extension run in the background. Once you find a qualified prospect, choose the Project you’d like to add the candidate from the menu in the Hyperjob extension tab and click on the Add candidate button.

The extension will then automatically collect the key information about the candidate, including their work experience, education, and skills, in an easy-to-view layout and add the profile to your recruiting project within Hyperjob. Voila! That’s it. You can also manually edit the information once the profile is added to a project. Of course, you can also create candidates manually.

Managing Projects with Pipelines

After finding suitable profiles, you need to start keeping track of who’s been contacted, who’s been interviewed, and so forth. That’s why, in Projects, we’ve created a simple, customizable candidate pipeline for managing all of these steps.

To create your pipeline, click on the Edit Pipeline button in the right top corner and name the steps according to your recruitment process. You can also choose from a template for a start. After that’s done, simply drag and drop candidates from one stage to the next to update their status in your pipeline.

The cool part about the pipeline is that everyone on the hiring team can view the progress and even check out candidates’ LinkedIn profiles right from this view, thus making being on the same page just that much easier.

Detailed Job Page Analytics

There’s still one Projects tab we haven’t looked at, and that’s Analytics. The Analytics tab gives you unparalleled insights about the interest levels in the job from the prospects you’ve reached out to and what exactly within the job page grabbed their attention the most, so you can adjust your messaging accordingly.

In Analytics, you can see how long your prospects engaged with the job page, what devices were they using to view it, at what times did they look at the job page and even which sections were the prospects most interested in. To learn more about how Analytics work in Hyperjob, check out our blog post on the feature.

Creating Future Talent Pool Automatically

You’ve spent all that time and effort sourcing great candidates - usually, just to hire one new employee. Don’t let it go to waste!

Each candidate you’ve added to Hyperjob will by default also be added to the complete Candidates list. Thus, in the future, when you’re hiring for a similar position, you’ll already have a pool of talent to start with.

For sorting through candidates, use the search bar on the top to look for various keywords. For example, marketing, javascript, senior, etc. You can then see which projects the candidate has been added to previously and add them to new recruitment projects.
