Your role
Identify the opportunities to expand the Notified portfolio through cross-selling of the digital solutions & focus on building long-term customer relationships.

Key Duties

30% Communicate with clients
Identify and coordinate timely involvement of sales operations resources in the sales cycle to improve efficiencies and proactively manage pipeline - inputting, monitoring, and updating opportunities in a timely fashion.
20% Present company
Provide information about the organization’s products and services through face-to-face presentations and phone conversations and respond to escalated customer issues.
20% Develop plans
Develop effective territory and account plans and then execute them & proactively monitor account satisfaction and identify customer problems; coordinate with Notified Customer Engagement to remedy situations.
20% Look for selling opportunities
Locate the appropriate account buyers for renewal and upsell opportunities, and make introductions as necessary for Cross-Sellers and achieve assigned sales billing and bookings quotas.
10% Know emerging trends
Develop and maintain an up-to-date expert understanding of assigned account solutions and understanding of relevant competitor solutions & research and actively identify emerging trends that influence value proposition.

Effective communicator
You have excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience delivering compelling presentations to large audiences
Management skills
You are hard worker, have an ability to plan your time and you are ready to work in fast pace environment
Strategic thinking
You are highly organised, has an eye for detail and are not afraid of challenges

Track Record

5+ years in sales or account management
Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in a sales or account management role
Experience in Investor and Public Relations
Prior experience in Investor Relations, Internal and/or corporate communication, Public Relations mandatory
