About us

Edurio offers a new way for schools to survey pupils, parents and staff members. We believe that in order to improve education, it is critical to understand the unique perspectives and experiences of pupils, their parents and members of staff. Our team of education experts has developed industry leading research-based survey instruments and a unique data visualisation and analytics platform for schools, Trusts, and international school groups. We are working with over 1500 schools across England and globally to use stakeholder feedback more strategically and improve the quality of education they provide. Edurio was founded in 2014 by Ernest Jenavs, Janis Gribusts and Janis Strods and has a passionate team of 30 with experience spanning education, data analysis, software development and design.

Key Duties

30% Outreach with Multi Academy Trusts
Reach out and interact with Multi Academy Trusts to generate interested contacts via email and phone
25% Create email campaigns
Create targeted, personalised, outbound email campaigns to reach potential customers, and research their needs as the first point of contact to establish whether they would benefit from Edurio’s services.
25% Work with CRM
Maintain good documentation of your conversations and track the progress of your work in our CRM system.
10% Fine-tune sales process
Work closely with your manager in fine-tuning the sales process and scripts as you gather experience
10% Track KPIs
Track personal and campaign performance and adjust strategy to increase conversion rate

Your Capabilities

Great communication skills
You know how to talk with people both on the phone and in writing - and you love your job because you enjoy being around people.
Cold calling
You have the experience and you know how to break the ice. How to make the client that extra bit more interested in what you have to say.
Pipedrive or other CRM
You are organized and you prefer to organize your client relationships in a CRM.
You are not just waiting for commands - you are constantly analysing and looking for ways to improve your day.

Understanding the UK education sector
An understanding of the UK education sector and experience working with multi academy trusts would be considered as an advantage
Prior sales experience
You have prior experience working in sales or related role like pre-sales, account management, customer success, consulting or similar. Extra credit for work experience within a SaaS-based company.

What does unlimited annual leave mean?

You are in control of your well being and no one knows better than you when to rest. We trust you to work the best you can and take the day off when you have to.

How many people are currently in Latvia and in the UK?

There are currently four people in the UK, however by the end of the year our team will grow to up to 10 people.

Do I get commission if I am successful at my job?

We believe that ownership of the company is the best driver for action so we have foregone commission based work and pay out stock options that equal up to 30% of salary to every employee.

What does occasional travel mean?

You are not expected to travel to your clients, but you will be invited to attend company held team building events. We look forward to seeing you there!
