Key Duties

30% Inbound lead generation
Take ownership of current inbound lead generation channels and top of the funnel activities
25% Develop new acquisition channels
Identify and develop new user acquisition channels in accordance to developed Growth Model
20% Improve growth model
Together with the rest of growth team maintain and improve company’s growth model
15% PR Communications
Take leadership in web-page, content marketing, branding and PR communications
10% Monitor competitors
We are not alone in this space so you should monitor and report on competitor activities

Your Capabilities

You should have very good storytelling skills and able to freely communicate in spoken and written English, some sense of copy-writer skills
Create technical content
You should have ability to create (write) technical content and organize technical people writing it
Understand UX design
You should have at least basic understanding in UX design
Editorial mindset
You possess editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audience consumes and what it needs
Data driven approach
We expect data-driven approach to experimentation & familiarity with iterative improvement approach

Track Record

3+ years in Digital Marketing
You should have 3+ years experience in digital marketing, fast growing companies, startups
Success in acquisition channels
You should have proven success record in one or multiple acquisition channels: Content Marketing, Influencers (B2B), Google Organic

Extra credit

Web page prototyping
Demonstrable hands-on experience on web page prototyping or previous experience with WIX will be considered as a plus
Collaboration with sales
Prior experience in product marketing with collaboration with sales function is beneficial
