35% Conduct research, interviews and tests
Conduct basic research, interviews, and usability testing to understand our user needs during onboarding and product adoption; and how to meet them elegantly and effectively
30% Streamline user onboarding
Work with the cross-functional team (marketing, sales, support) to streamline user onboarding & engagement
20% Improve growth model
Together with the rest of growth team maintain and improve company’s growth model
15% Define methods and KPIs
Define methods and metrics for identifying success and failure while ensuring the team is clear on their objectives

Your Capabilities

Quantitative & qualitative research
You are familiar with quantitative & qualitative research methods, and you are able to synthesize insights from both to drive product decisions
User journey
You should have deep knowledge of the user journey across multiple layers: product, notifications, people interactions
Project management
You are experienced in project management, operating under tight deadlines and maintaining multiple projects at the same time
Great communication skills
You have very good storytelling skills and are able to freely communicate in spoken and written English

Track Record

2+ years in Product Management
You should have at least two years previous experience in product management or product ownership roles

Extra credit

B2B SaaS experience
Having successful record with B2B SaaS products will be considered beneficial
Growth Product Management
Having previous record in growth product management in particular will be considered a strong benefit
