30% Generate leads
Generate new leads through emails, phone calls, and LinkedIn messaging
30% Outreach and qualify leads
Reach out to and qualify leads to drive them into client acquisition pipeline according to set criteria
15% Market research
Proactively research the market and identify, nurture and develop new sales leads
15% Fine-tune sales process
Work closely with Head of Acquisiton and the CEO in fine-tuning the sales process and scripts as you gather experience
10% Initial sales development
Bring qualified leads to the product demo conducted by a sales engineer

Your Capabilities

Great communication skills
You know how to talk with people both on the phone and in writing - and you love your job because you enjoy being around people.
Cold calling
You have the experience and you know how to break the ice. How to make the client that extra bit more interested in what you have to say.
Pipedrive or other CRM
You are organized and you prefer to organize your client relationships in a CRM.
Proactivity
You are not just waiting for commands - you are constantly analysing and looking for ways to improve your day.

Extra credit

Previous experience in tech/science/engineering
We would prefer if you had previous sales experience of tech products or a science/engineering background but it is not required.
