CENOS is seeking a driven, energetic, and entrepreneurial salesperson to join our team! You will use our list of prospects to generate/qualify both inbound and outbound leads. You will also perform outreach to them and follow up over email, phone calls, and LinkedIn messages.

30% Generate leads
Generate and nurture new leads through emails, phone calls, and LinkedIn messages. Once you are comfortable within your role, we expect you to generate at least 12 demos per month.
30% Outreach and qualify leads
Perform outreach and qualify leads to drive them into our client acquisition pipeline according to set criteria
15% Market research
Proactively research the market by identifying, nurturing, and developing new sales leads
15% Fine-tune sales process
Work closely with Account Executives and the Head of Sales in fine-tuning the sales process and scripts as you gather experience
10% Initial sales development
Bring qualified leads to the product demo conducted by our sales engineer

Your Capabilities

Great communication skills
You know how to talk with people both on the phone and in writing - let your extrovert self come out and shine
Cold calling
You know how to break the ice by making our potential clients a bit more curious in what you have to say and what Cenos is all about
Pipedrive or other CRM
You are well organized, and you prefer to layout your client relationships within a CRM
Proactivity
You are not just waiting for commands, but possess an attitude where you constantly analyzing and looking for ways to improve your day is a norm

Previous experience in tech/science/engineering
We would prefer it if you had previous sales experience of tech products or a science/engineering background, but it is not required
